We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic software development team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of and its ecosystem enabling them to design develop and implement solutions that enhance our business processes. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our clients needs.

• Design develop and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement Salesforce best practices and ensure compliance with security and data governance policies.
• Develop custom Apex classes triggers Visualforce pages and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and services using APIs and middleware.
• Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce applications troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and enhancements recommending improvements to existing systems.
• Document technical specifications processes and workflows for future reference.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Proficiency in including configuration customization and development.
• Strong knowledge of Apex Visualforce and Lightning frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration techniques.
• Familiarity with Salesforce data model and security features.
• Ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD processes.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Communities and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Understanding of web technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II) are a plus.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
