About the role:

We are looking for a meticulous fast-moving and cross-functional Senior Deal Desk Analyst to act as the ultimate bridge between Sales Legal Finance and this role you will be the final line of defense ensuring our commercial data is flawless and our transactions are sound. You will own the operational lifecycle of both exciting new business wins and critical contract renewals transforming complex sales negotiations into clean billing-ready documentation.
This is a high-impact position within our Revenue Operations ecosystem. You will balance the urgency of a fast-paced sales cycle with the rigorous precision required for financial accuracy utilizing Salesforce and CPQ tools (like DealHub) to keep our revenue engine running smoothly.
Responsibilities:

New Business

  • Review non-standard contract clauses and coordinate with Legal and Sales on appropriate redlines or approvals.

  • Complete the deal desk checklist for all signed deals validating commercial terms Salesforce data accuracy and DealHub quote alignment.

  • Hand over executed deals to the Billing team promptly ensuring all required documentation and data are accurate and complete.

  • Track pending deal closures and proactively flag blockers that could delay billing handover.


Renewals & Existing Business
  • Own end-to-end paperwork for all contract renewals generating quotes in DealHub coordinating approvals and ensuring timely execution.

  • Process contract revisions including amendments upsells and commercial changes with accurate updates reflected in Salesforce and DealHub.

  • Maintain renewal timelines and follow up with Sales to ensure no renewal falls through the cracks.

Requirements

Must-Have

  • High attention to detail you will be the last line of accuracy before deals go to billing.

  • Strong communication skills ability to work cross-functionally with Sales Legal Finance and Billing without losing context or urgency.

  • Ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deals at varying stages.

  • 23 years of experience in Deal Desk Sales Operations Revenue Operations or a commercial support role.

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM for opportunity and contract data management.

  • Experience with a CPQ or quoting tool (DealHub preferred; Salesforce CPQ or similar acceptable).

Good to Have

  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS deal structures ARR multi-year contracts amendments and renewal cycles.

  • Prior experience working alongside enterprise sales teams on complex deal reviews.
