The Senior Data Analyst People Insights is an individualcontributor role responsible for advanced analytical execution in support of People Insights & Advisory Services. This role focuses on mining analyzing and visualizing complex HR and workforce data to surface insights that inform advisory work led by the People Insights & Advisory Services team.

This role plays a critical part in identifying patterns relationships and repeatable analytical components across complex people data applying strong analytical judgment and technical rigor to exploratory and hypothesisdriven work. The Senior Data Analyst produces highquality analytical outputsincluding analyses and visualizationsthat enable the broader team to translate insights into action and where appropriate transition repeatable work into scalable decision products.

• Personally lead and contribute to sophisticated highstakes people analyses applying rigorous statistical methods research design and analytical inference to tackle ambiguous peopledriven business challenges.
• Perform advanced data analysis and exploration across large complex HR and workforce datasets to support peopledriven insights and advisory work.
• Apply appropriate analytical techniquesincluding descriptive and inferential statistics segmentation trend analysis and comparative analysisto identify meaningful patterns and relationships in data.
• Design and execute exploratory and hypothesisdriven analyses exercising sound analytical judgment in method selection interpretation and validation of results.
• Develop clear highquality analytical outputsincluding tables charts and visualizationsthat enable the People Insights & Advisory Services team to translate findings into action.
• Create adhoc and exploratory visual analyses for novel or complex questions ensuring analytical accuracy clarity and integrity.
• Refine analytical approaches test assumptions and interpret results in context.
• Recognize when analytical questions would benefit from predictive modeling or advanced data science techniques and engage the Data Science team to support model development and downstream integration.
• Identify repeatable analytical patterns methods or components that can be standardized automated or transitioned into scalable decision products in collaboration with data science and product teams.
• Ensure analytical work adheres to enterprise standards for data quality documentation privacy and ethical use of employee data.

Required:

• 35 years of experience performing advanced data analysis in HR analytics people analytics or a closely related analytical domain.
• Bachelors degree in Statistics Mathematics Economics Data Science Engineering or a related quantitative discipline.
• Strong grounding in analytical and statistical techniques relevant to exploratory and hypothesisdriven analysis (e.g. descriptive and inferential statistics segmentation comparative analysis trend analysis).
• Proficiency in analytical tools and languages commonly used for data analysis (e.g. SQL Python R or equivalent) with the ability to work independently on complex datasets.
• Proven ability to work with large complex datasets applying sound analytical judgment to ambiguous questions and incomplete information.
• Experience creating clear accurate and insightful analytical outputs and visualizations that enable others to interpret and act on findings.

• Prior experience working with people workforce or HR data including awareness of data privacy ethical considerations and appropriate data handling.
• Exposure to environments where analytical work is reused standardized or transitioned into scalable tools or products rather than delivered only as oneoff analyses.
• Familiarity with identifying when problems may benefit from predictive modeling or advanced data science techniques and collaborating with data science teams as needed.

This position is located in Pune Bangalore India or Manila Philippines full-time and may require up to 10% travel both domestic and international.
