Senior Data Analyst Business Analyst (Power BI & Power Platform) for LEADS Activities

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Business Analyst with strong expertise in Power BI report development and a solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming business needs into data-driven insights building interactive dashboards and supporting process automation initiatives across the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities
Develop design and maintain Power BI dashboards data models and visualizations.
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and data solutions.
Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends patterns anomalies and business opportunities.
Create and manage datasets dataflows and ETL processes using Power BI and related tools.
Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate Power Apps Power Query) to automate workflows and improve business processes.
Ensure data accuracy integrity and consistency across reporting systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT operations and leadership to deliver insights and recommendations.
Support data governance and best practices for reporting and analytics.
 

Qualifications :

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science/information systems/data Analytics or related field.
8-10 years of experience in Data Analysis Business Analysis or related roles.
Strong proficiency in Power BI (DAX Power Query Data Modelling).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Power Apps).
Solid understanding of SQL data warehousing concepts and ETL pipelines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
 
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Azure Data Services (Synapse Data Factory SQL Database).
Knowledge of Python or R or KNIME for advanced analytics.
Experience in agile project methodology.
Power BI or Microsoft Power Platform certification(s).
