The role focuses on endtoend SAP SuccessFactors HR implementations both greenfield and brownfield acting as a subjectmatter expert to design configure and optimize solutions that meet complex client requirements while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

The role focuses on endtoend SAP SuccessFactors HR implementations both greenfield and brownfield acting as a subjectmatter expert to design configure and optimize solutions that meet complex client requirements while ensuring seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Lead fullcycle SAP SuccessFactors HR implementation projects (greenfield and brownfield).
- Gather and analyze business requirements translating them into functional specifications.
- Configure core SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central Recruiting Onboarding Performance & Goals Compensation).
- Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP S/4HANA and thirdparty systems using middleware and APIs.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and project teams.
- Conduct workshops demos and training sessions for client stakeholders.
- Develop test scenarios support UAT and resolve postgolive issues.
- Collaborate with delivery leads to ensure project timelines quality and budget adherence.
- Stay current with SAP roadmap releases and best practices; recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and present status reports risk assessments and solution documentation.
Qualifications
- 58years of handson experience with SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
- Proven track record of leading greenfield and brownfield implementations.
- Deep functional knowledge of HR processes and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g. EC Recruiting Onboarding) preferred.
- Strong analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Experience in delivering projects within the consulting delivery model.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossfunctional team.
- Bachelors degree in Business HR IT or related field; Masters a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
