Your work profile

• Own end-to-end SAP Production Planning (PP) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to production demand planning MRP and shop floor execution
• Configure and optimize SAP PP processes including MRP BOM routings work centers and production orders
• Lead production planning scheduling capacity planning and shop floor control processes
• Integrate PP with other SAP modules such as MM SD QM and PM
• Drive solution design workshops blueprinting and functional specifications for PP enhancements
• Support testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist in cutover planning go-live execution and post-go-live support
• Identify and resolve production-related issues ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and ensure best practices are followed
  
  Key skills required

• Strong expertise in SAP PP processes including MRP demand management production orders and capacity planning
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP configuration and implementation projects
• Knowledge of production master data such as BOM routing work centers and production versions
• Understanding of integration points with MM SD QM and other SAP modules
• Experience in manufacturing environments (discrete process or repetitive manufacturing)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
• SAP PP certification or S/4HANA Manufacturing certification is an added advantage
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
