Your work profile

• Own end-to-end SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) solution design and implementation for S/4HANA or ECC
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to asset management maintenance planning and execution
• Configure and optimize SAP PM processes including preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance and refurbishment
• Manage master data such as equipment functional locations maintenance plans task lists and work centers
• Lead maintenance planning scheduling and work order management processes
• Integrate PM with other SAP modules such as MM PP QM and FI
• Drive workshops blueprinting and preparation of functional specifications for PM enhancements
• Support testing activities including unit testing integration testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Assist in cutover planning go-live execution and post-go-live support
• Monitor and resolve maintenance-related issues ensuring minimal downtime and improved asset performance
  
  Key skills required

• Strong expertise in SAP PM processes including maintenance planning work orders notifications and asset management
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM configuration and implementation projects
• Knowledge of PM master data such as equipment functional locations task lists and maintenance plans
• Understanding of integration points with MM PP QM and FI modules
• Experience in industries with heavy asset utilization such as manufacturing utilities or oil & gas
• Strong analytical problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing capabilities
• SAP PM certification or S/4HANA Asset Management certification is an added advantage
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
