Your work profile

• Support and lead SAP PS/EPPM implementations rollouts and enhancement projects.
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to project management portfolio planning and resource optimization.
• Configure SAP Project Systems (PS) including Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) networks activities and milestones.
• Support SAP EPPM functionalities including portfolio management resource planning and project analytics.
• Configure project lifecycle processes including planning budgeting execution monitoring and settlement.
• Assist in project costing budgeting and revenue tracking with integration to FI/CO modules.
• Ensure integration with other SAP modules such as MM SD PP HR and PM.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for RICEF developments.
• Participate in testing phases (Unit Testing SIT UAT) issue resolution and system validation.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Develop user documentation SOPs and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure adherence to SAP best practices.

Key skills required.

• 6-8 years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP Project Systems (PS) and exposure to EPPM.
• Hands-on experience in 2-3 full lifecycle SAP implementations including rollout and support projects.
• Strong understanding of: Project Structures (WBS Networks Activities Milestones) Project Planning Scheduling and Execution Cost Planning Budgeting and Revenue Tracking Portfolio & Resource Management (EPPM basics)
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA PS/EPPM is preferred.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP teams.
• Experience in testing data migration and support activities.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile tools (Jira/Confluence) preferred.
• Graduate degree (Science or Engineering) ( I.T) ( Computer Science ) B.E/ or MBA
