• Three way Reconciliation between Client Counter party and House records for Cash and Collaterals including Margin Calls on application TriOptima.
• Strong ownership on break closure timelines
• Issue and Respond to all the margin calls for OTC and Repo trades.
• Identify exceptions in Margin disputes and drive resolution with relevant stakeholders
• Sending emails to Client for approval on the cash entries created
• Follow up with client and Counterparty in regarding the issue related to the margin calls.
• Review new clients ISDA and CSA agreements to ensure accuracy of daily call processing
• Month-end collateral interest process
• Communicate effectively with team members internal groups and external counterparties
• Escalate issues that fall outside normal resolution timeframe
• Respond quickly and accurately to requests in a high volume time sensitive trading environment
• Ensure accuracy completeness and audit readiness Follow SOP and control framework
• Understand and apply UMR regulatory requirements for OTC derivatives Initial Margin (IM) vs Variation Margin (VM) and Segregation requirements
• Support Execution of Regulatory Margin calls

• Deep understanding of process and process improvement
• Excellent/advanced knowledge of Excel with VBA experience being a plus; should be familiar with MS Word & Office tools.
• Excellent English grammar written and oral communication skills
• Adaptive flexible style with the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Understanding of Market Platforms like Cloud Margin Colline Trioptima Acadia

• A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in Financial Services environment preferably performing processes involving Collateral & Margin calls.

• Experience with Hedge Funds Investment Management and/or Financial Services strongly preferred.
• Bachelors degree with emphasis in Accounting Finance or a quantitative discipline. Masters degree would be an advantage.
• Business exposure to Equity or Credit or at least some complex derivative products like CDS IRS TRS & other OTC products.
