As a Senior Consultant - Advisory at Wipro Technologies you will be an integral contributor to driving impactful business transformation initiatives across diverse domains such as Finance Human Resources and Shared Services. Your role will focus on evaluating current business processes collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and designing forward-thinking solutions that align with organizational strategies and digital innovation goals.

You will lead detailed assessments gathering and synthesizing insights from various cross-functional teams leveraging advanced data analytics platforms including PowerBI and Visio to identify critical trends and enable well-informed strategic decisions. Your expertise will be essential in prioritizing transformation projects to ensure alignment with evolving business objectives and optimal resource deployment.

Key responsibilities also encompass developing comprehensive deliverables including sophisticated PowerPoint presentations and Excel financial models to effectively communicate your analyses. Ideal Candidate Profile

We seek accomplished professionals with substantial experience in Business Transformation Process Excellence and Shared Services or Global Business Services (GBS). The ideal candidate will exhibit deep domain expertise in Finance or HR transformation initiatives paired with hands-on experience driving digital transformation through cutting-edge technologies such as Automation Artificial Intelligence and Robotic Process Automation.

Educational Qualifications:

• MBA graduates from Tier-1 business schools with 2 to 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
• Alternatively graduates with 6 to 8 years of combined consulting and industry experience showing proven success in managing transformation initiatives.
