Roles & Responsibilities

• Design implement secure and support Microsoft 365 messaging and collaboration services in a global enterprise environment.
  
• Manage Exchange Online hybrid Exchange environments Microsoft Teams Teams Rooms and enterprise messaging services.
  
• Implement and maintain email security solutions including Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.
  
• Automate administrative tasks and operational workflows using PowerShell Microsoft Graph API and Power Platform.
  
• Support Microsoft Purview SharePoint Online OneDrive Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  
• Manage security governance identity access compliance retention eDiscovery and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
  
• Troubleshoot email delivery mail flow authentication collaboration and platform-related issues.
  
• Support Microsoft 365 migrations tenant integrations and platform modernization initiatives.
  
• Implement monitoring reporting and automation using Azure Automation Log Analytics and related tools.
  
• Maintain technical documentation operational procedures and service standards while collaborating with global stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration architecture security governance and service operations.
  
• Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online hybrid Exchange Microsoft Teams Teams Rooms SharePoint Online OneDrive and Microsoft Purview.
  
• Expertise in Exchange Online Protection Defender for Office 365 and enterprise email security.
  
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell Microsoft Graph API and Power Automate.
  
• Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID Conditional Access Identity Governance and Zero Trust principles.
  
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot generative AI fundamentals prompt engineering adoption analytics and responsible AI.
  
• Experience with eDiscovery Legal Hold retention policies sensitivity labels DLP and compliance management.
  
• Strong understanding of SMTP DNS SPF DKIM DMARC message tracing mail-flow analysis and email security gateways.
  
• Experience with Azure Automation Logic Apps Azure Log Analytics and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
  
• Basic Python scripting skills are an advantage.
  
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 migrations tenant integrations and platform modernization.
  
• Excellent troubleshooting analytical documentation and stakeholder-management skills.
