Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer with 6 years of experience in cloud infrastructure automation CI/CD and platform engineering.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining secure scalable and highly available cloud environments that support business-critical applications and data platforms.
This role requires strong expertise in cloud-native technologies Infrastructure as Code (IaC) containerization and DevOps best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Design build and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform CloudFormation or similar tools.
Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI Azure DevOps or equivalent. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
Automate infrastructure provisioning configuration management and application deployments. Monitor system performance avurity standards.
Troubleshoot production issues perform root-cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
Support disaster recovery backup strategies and high-availability architectures.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives for cloud platforms and deployment processes.
Required Skills:
6 years of experience in DevOps Cloud Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS.
Expertise in Terraform and Infrastructure as Code methodologies.
Experience with Docker Kubernetes Helm and container orchestration.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or Azure DevOps.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
Experience with Linux administration and cloud networking concepts.
Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK Datadog or Splunk.
Familiarity with security best practices IAM secrets management and vulnerability remediation.
Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare pharmaceuticals or life sciences.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud-native services.
Experience with ArgoCD FluxCD or other GitOps frameworks.
Understanding of SRE principles and platform engineering concepts.
Cloud certifications (AWS).
