We are a global consulting powerhouse managing a massive portfolio of world-class fortune 500 brands. As we scale our Canadian operations were looking for two Senior Client Success Consultants in India to act as the strategic engine behind our North American accounts.

You arent just support you are the backbone of the client lifecycle. You will own a dedicated book of accounts while providing high-leverage support to our Canadian Managers portfolios. Youll ensure renewals are seamless admin is airtight and the tech never gets in the way of the win.

• The Demo Expert: Youll get under the hood of Google Analytics and Amplitude. Whether youre already certified or ready to ace the exams on day one you must be comfortable logging in and running live demos that make complex data look easy.
• The Paperwork Pro: You speak the language of SOWs MSAs NDAs and Change Orders. You understand the weight of a sales document and ensure every detail is crisp.
• The Tech Stack: Youll live in Salesforce Google Drive Microsoft 365 Dynamics 365 and SharePoint. If its a tool you master it; if its a process you optimize it.
• The Strategic Bridge: You are the vital link between our Canadian Managers and the clients. You translate complex project needs into action managing the heavy lifting of the account so the partnership stays strong and the renewals stay on track.

• Tech-Savvy & Number-Crunching: You dont fear a spreadsheet or a new software UI. You find the why in the numbers.
• A Communication Powerhouse: Your English both written and spoken is sharp professional and persuasive.
• Project Minded: A background in project management is a huge plus. You know how to keep moving parts in sync.
