THE ROLE
As the Senior CDP Consultant you will architect and engineer the end-to-end data orchestration and activation pipelines that power Pure Storages next-generation Revenue Operations. Reporting to the Senior CDP Leader of Marketing Technology & Data Strategy your mission is to build a high-fidelity high-performance customer data foundation that accelerates our global go-to-market execution. You will eliminate operational silos by bridging complex data pipelines with strategic business outcomes collaborating directly with IT Sales Finance Data Science and Business Intelligence teams. By establishing a robust governed Customer Data Platform (CDP) infrastructure you will turn raw enterprise data into a competitive differentiator that fuels high-impact marketing and sales activation.
WHAT YOULL DO
Architect Enterprise Data Pipelines: Design develop and scale high-throughput data ingestion and transformation pipelines within our CDP to ensure marketing and sales environments have seamless access to real-time actionable insights.
Engineer Third-Party Data Integrations: Build and manage sophisticated data integration processes and REST API workflows with external data vendors optimizing synchronization rules to maintain data continuity across the tech stack.
Establish Data Quality & Governance Frameworks: Author and execute technical frameworks that continuously improve the health of core data domainsincluding account hierarchies firmographics and contact recordswhile embedding marketing requirements into enterprise-wide Master Data Management (MDM) strategies.
Drive Cross-Functional System Synchronization: Partner with IT Business Intelligence and product engineering teams to design frictionless data flows that unify customer touchpoints and guarantee high-availability data infrastructure for go-to-market teams.
WHAT YOU BRING
Advanced Data & Pipeline Engineering: Extensive expertise in building scalable data pipelines optimizing ingestion workflows and managing complex data transformations within enterprise B2B environments.
Modern Data Stack Mastery: Advanced technical proficiency with SQL Snowflake architectures dbt (data build tool) and REST API design combined with deep database management and query performance optimization skills.
B2B Data Governance & Integration Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex data integration data quality frameworks and enterprise-level data governance practices specifically tailored for Go-To-Market (GTM) operations.
Collaborative Problem Solving & Agile Execution: A strong track record of translating complex technical challenges into clear business solutions while working cross-functionally across highly technical and non-technical business units in an agile environment.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
