RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own projects end to end requirements discovery and scoping planning tracking milestones and keeping teams on time and on budget
• Partner with cross-functional teams to uncover analyse and document business requirements turning ambiguity into a clear actionable delivery plan
• Translate business needs into crisp technical specifications user stories and delivery roadmaps
• Champion data-driven solutions and gap analyses that streamline and elevate how we work
• Design and execute API test cases in Postman and build advanced Excel models that turn data into decision-ready insight
• Drive sprint planning backlog grooming and issue tracking in JIRA to keep delivery humming
• Manage timelines dependencies and risks across concurrent workstreams so analysis translates cleanly into delivery
• Rally stakeholders across finance product and engineering around a shared vision and clear priorities
• Track KPIs surface insights and proactively flag risks to steer strategic decisions
• Safeguard compliance and audit readiness through structured high-quality documentation

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 10 years of experience spanning both Senior Business Analyst and Project Manager responsibilities
• Strong business analysis and project management skills from requirements discovery through planning prioritising and steering delivery across competing priorities
• Proven track record delivering projects and analysis in financial systems or Insurtech environments
• Exceptional communication responsive clear and confident with technical and business audiences alike
• Hands-on technical skills across Postman Python Excel (advanced formulas pivot tables dashboards) and JIRA
• Sharp analytical mindset paired with meticulous attention to detail
• Self-driven and thrives working independently in a fast-paced remote setup
• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Computer Science or a related field
