Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Load Control / Weight & Balance processes and systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather analyze and document business requirements
- Translate complex operational needs into functional specifications and user stories
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to ensure accurate implementation of W&B logic constraints and regulatory requirements
- Support solution design validation and UAT cycles including defect triage and resolution
- Ensure alignment with aviation standards safety regulations and defense compliance requirements
- Drive process improvements and optimization across load planning and aircraft configuration workflows
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions workshops and cross-functional alignment

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree in Aviation Engineering Computer Science or related field
- 510 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong domain expertise in Load Control / Weight & Balance
- Hands-on experience with aircraft load planning systems payload optimization and CG calculations
- Strong understanding of aviation regulatory frameworks (e.g. ICAO EASA or military standards)
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical deliverables
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Experience working on defense or government aviation programs (e.g. Ministry of Defence or similar)
- Familiarity with digital aviation platforms or transformation programs
- Exposure to data modeling system integrations and APIs
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP PMI-PBA or equivalent)
- Aircraft Weight & Balance / Load Control expertise
- Requirements engineering & functional analysis

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving
