What will you be doing
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of employee benefits programs across multiple geographies ensuring alignment with business goals and employee needs.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance existing benefits offerings based on market benchmarking employee feedback and cost effectiveness
- Develop and govern HR policies in compliance with local statutory requirements across all operating countries
- Drive benefits harmonization and standardization initiatives while respecting regional nuances
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners Finance Legal and external vendors to deliver best-in-class benefits experience
- Own relationships with benefits brokers insurers and third-party administrators globally
- Lead open enrollment cycles renewals and employee communications across geographies
- Use data and analytics to track benefits utilization costs and effectiveness presenting insights to senior leadership
What are we looking for
- 8 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards Benefits or Compensation & Benefits roles
- Proven track record of designing and implementing benefits programs across multiple countries (APAC EMEA Americas preferred)
- Deep expertise in statutory compliance tax implications and regulatory frameworks across diverse geographies
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced matrixed global organization
