Work alongside development disciplines to develop coordinatedschematic level handover packages.

Convey and maintain design intent during Design andPre-construction/Bidding phases and support the selection ofproducts and vendors.
Coordinate and collaborate with the team across disciplines toensure successful delivery of projects from design throughopening and closeout phases.

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree or higher in Interior Design or Architecture
0-2 years experience in Interior Design and/or Architecture
Experience in high-end Hospitality Residential Commercialand/or Retail Interior Design; knowledge in space planning aplus
Focused detail-oriented and resourceful approach toproblem-solving
Self-directed with a high level o
Concise verbal written and graphic communication andpresentation skills
Strong time management skills and experience managingmultiple projects simultaneously reliably meeting tightdeadlines
Comfort working with project schedules (timelines quantitiesprices SKUs etc.)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite BIM (Revit) all thingsGoogle and Autodesk Autocad.
