About the Role
We are looking for an HR Specialist who can operate at the intersection of payroll analytics and stakeholder management. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented data-driven and comfortable working with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end payroll processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
Work closely with finance and external vendors for payroll validation and reporting
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics reports
Analyze HR data to provide insights on headcount attrition and workforce trends
Create impactful presentations (PPT) for leadership reviews and business updates
Handle large datasets using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP etc.)
Collaborate with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Support HR operations and continuous process improvements
Key Requirements
6years of experience
Masters in HR & Finance
Proven experience in payroll management
Strong exposure to HR Analytics and reporting
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working with global or multi-region teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
