We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Associate Director Technology Vendor Management Manager

In this role you will:

• Proven technology vendor management experience in financial services (multinational bank preferred).
• Strong knowledge of bank technology operations and third-party governance/risk expectations (incl. TPEM).
• Commercial and financial strength: P&L impact forecasting business cases and cost optimisation.
• Contracting capability: SLA/T&Cs expertise and ability to shape contracts to business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to improve vendor performance and manage across contract types (T&M managed services HW/SW).
• Strong stakeholder management in a complex matrix environment (Tech COO Finance Procurement Risk).
• Analytical/problem-solving skills to synthesise complex data and drive decisions/outcomes.
• Understanding of HSBC strategy/operating model and awareness of external environment (regulatory/market).
