Senior Associate Accounts Payable UK Shift( 1PM to 10 PM) Gurgaon

Job Summary :

• Responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable processes
• ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing vendor payments reconciliations and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• The role requires strong attention to detail stakeholder management and continuous process improvement.
• Key ResponsibilitiesProcess vendor invoices accurately and within agreed turnaround times.
• Perform invoice validation coding and posting in ERP systems.
• Manage vendor master data creation and and execute payment runs including wire transfers ACH checks and direct debits.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment-related vendor statements and AP aging reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls SOX requirements and company policies.
• Coordinate with Procurement Tax Treasury and General Ledger teams for issue month-end and year-end close activities.
• Monitor AP inboxes and respond to vendor and business stakeholder KPIs SLAs and maintain process opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Required QualificationsBachelors degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field.2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance of ERP systems such as SAP Oracle PeopleSoft or understanding of invoice processing payment cycles and vendor management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management SkillsExperience working in a shared services/BPO of VAT/GST and withholding tax with Concur Ariba Coupa or other AP in process transitions SOP preparation and audit support.
