Job Summary
Cloud Architecture & Strategy
Design and implement scalable resilient multi-region cloud architectures on AWS utilizing well-architected framework principles.
Lead migration strategies (lift-and-shift re-platforming and refactoring) for legacy workloads moving to cloud-native implementations.
Define corporate standards for IAM VPC networking security logging and landing zones across a multi-account AWS organization.
Enterprise Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Architect and maintain scalable reusable Terraform modules and state management strategies to manage global infrastructure.
Enforce IaC best practices including drift detection automated policy-as-code enforcement (e.g. OPA/Rego or Terraform Sentinel) and module versioning.
Transition traditional operations into fully automated self-healing immutable infrastructure.
DevOps CI/CD & Automation
Architect automated CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI GitHub Actions or Jenkins) that ensure secure zero-downtime deployments (Blue/Green Canary).
Establish robust container orchestration environments using AWS EKS (Kubernetes) or ECS ensuring optimal autoscaling and service mesh configurations.
Implement centralized observability logging and tracing frameworks (Prometheus Grafana AWS CloudWatch Datadog) to proactively monitor system health.
