Job Description Java Backend Lead / Senior Architect
Experience: 1215 Years
Location-Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Lead/Architect with 1215 years of hands on experience in designing developing and delivering scalable enterprise backend applications. The candidate should have strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices REST APIs cloud technologies databases and distributed systems along with proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring.

. Design and develop scalable secure and high performance backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
. Architect and implement microservices based solutions and RESTful APIs.
. Lead technical design architecture discussions code reviews and implementation of complex features.
. Develop highly available and fault tolerant distributed applications.
. Integrate backend services with databases messaging platforms and external systems.
. Drive modernization of legacy applications toward microservices and cloud native architectures.
. Collaborate with product owners architects QA DevOps and business stakeholders.
. Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
. Establish and enforce coding standards design patterns security practices and engineering best practices.
. Mentor senior/junior developers and provide technical guidance across the team.
. Contribute to CI/CD automation DevOps practices and Agile delivery.

. Monitoring and logging using tools such as ELK Splunk Grafana or Prometheus
