Senior Application Support Engineer

We handle 75000 port calls per year which means that every 7 minutes anywhere around the world we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose. Who you are:

You are a senior Salesforce professional who excels at complex problem-solving in productionenvironments. You combine deep technical troubleshooting skills with the ability to contribute to planneddevelopment work and you take ownership of issues through to permanent resolution.

What you will be doing:

• Own resolution of complex production issues for Salesforce applications acting as a seniorescalation point

• Perform deep technical troubleshooting using Apex debugging Developer Console Workbenchlogs and monitoring tools

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with developmentteams

• Contribute to custom Salesforce development (Apex LWC Flows integrations) as part of planneddelivery work

• Support release activities including deployment validation post-release verification and rollbacksupport

• Mentor mid-level and associate support engineers

• Contribute to andmaintainSOPs runbooks and knowledge articles

experience andskills:

• 10 years of Salesforce development and/or application support experience

• Strong hands-onexpertisein Apex Flows LWC integrations and debugging tools

• Proven experience handling production incidents and driving RCA

• Ability to balance development and support responsibilities effectively

• Strong communicationand ownership mindset

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II

• Salesforce Certified Administrator

• ITIL Foundation
