Job Summary:

This role serves as a strategic contracting partner to business and legal teams providing support for contract drafting review negotiation governance and CLM initiatives across multiple business functions. The position leverages process excellence automation and AI-enabled solutions to enhance contract quality operational efficiency and risk management.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle activities including drafting review negotiation execution governance and contract administration.
  • Support commercial contracting across multiple business functions while balancing business objectives with legal and compliance requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate contractual risks escalating complex matters and providing practical risk-based recommendations.
  • Drive adoption of CLM AI automation and contracting best practices to improve efficiency consistency and scalability.
  • Develop and maintain contract templates playbooks clause libraries and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality compliant and business-focused contracting support.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives operational excellence and continuous enhancement of contracting practices.

Years of Experience:

4 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm

Education Qualification & Certifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

LLB or LLM graduate with 6 to 8 years of work experience in an MNC/law firm.

Skill Set Required

Primary Skills (must have)

  • Experience of review and drafting of global US and Indian contracts;
  • Critical thinking good negotiation skills excellent verbal and written communication familiar with various templates ability to research;
  • Initiative flexibility ability to adapt to different types of business functions and cultures;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills able to work independently and in groups; and
  • Exceptional integrity and work ethic.

Secondary Skills (desired)

Prior experience of supporting the global legal teams on contract review process is an added advantage.
