As a Front Office Consultant Client-facing Calypso Front Office consulting role supporting implementations troubleshooting client issues and ensuring successful solution adoption.

We are looking for candidates with a genuine desire and drive to deliver top technology solutions to todays markets

Role Responsibilities -

As a Senior Analyst your focus will be developing and implementing software solutions. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Mumbai you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries.

Act as SME for Calypso Front Office functionalities.

Troubleshoot client-reported issues related to Calypso implementation and configuration.

Gather business requirements and provide solution recommendations.

Support implementation projects testing upgrades and production rollout activities.

Conduct client workshops and training sessions.

Collaborate with product and development teams to resolve issues.

Participate in onsite client engagements and implementation activities.

We expect you to have: (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 4-8 years of Calypso consulting implementation or application support experience with strong Front Office expertise.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • High level of ownership accountability and customer focus.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to work in global environments.
  • Candidate must be acquainted with Capital Markets product lifecycle compliance frameworks and regulatory reporting.
  • Bachelors in Finance Mathematics economic Computer science or equivalent field

It would be great if you (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with Capital Market Front Office/Middle Office modules and cross-functional workflows.
  • Knowledge of Product Pricing Trade Lifecycle and Cashflows.
  • Strong analytical skills for product valuation and option Greeks would be an added advantage.
  • Experience supporting onsite client implementations production go-lives and global financial institutions.
