Key Responsibilities
Develop deploy and optimize AI/ML models for production environments.
Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LoRA QLoRA and PEFT techniques.
Build scalable NLP retrieval and multimodal AI solutions.
Integrate AI systems with Graph Databases and Vector Databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge AI technologies.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with TensorFlow PyTorch and Hugging Face
Expertise in LLM Fine-Tuning (LoRA QLoRA PEFT)
Experience with Graph Databases (Neo4j TigerGraph)
Hands-on with Vector Databases (Pinecone Weaviate Milvus FAISS ChromaDB)
Deep understanding of Transformers GANs and Diffusion Models
Strong experience in NLP Retrieval Systems and Multimodal AI
Excellent Python programming with NumPy Pandas Scikit-learn
Experience deploying ML models on AWS Azure or GCP
Preferred Skills
MLOps knowledge for AI deployment and monitoring
Open-source contributions or AI research publications
Understanding of Ethical AI and Data Privacy
Experience with multimodal AI applications
Qualification
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence Data Science or a related field.
