Security Executive

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below but not limited to these:

• Report for duty as scheduled and attend pre- and post-shift briefings.

• Oversee daily operations of the Hotel Security Control Room.

• Monitor CCTV and security systems; promptly report irregularities.

• Manage access points and ensure only authorized entries.

• Conduct regular patrols of guest floors public areas and back-of-house.

• Respond promptly to all security safety and medical emergencies.

• Handle incident reporting preliminary investigations and documentation in line with SOPs.

• Manage lost & found items key control and visitor/contractor passes.

• Provide crowd control lift management and VIP escort duties as required.

• Assist in training and guiding security officers on SOPs and hotel policies.

• Ensure all security systems and equipment are operational; report faults promptly.

• Liaise with management vendors and local authorities on security issues.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Security Manager

Qualifications :

• At least 23 years security experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel

• Proven experience in administering persons in lifesaving or property protection situations

• Current certifications in CPR First Aid firefighting and crowd control

• Minimum Chief Security Officer Certification as required by local authorities

• Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) Certificate

• Proficiency with hotel security systems and strong computer report writing communication investigation and questioning skills
