What youll do

• Support the Security Manager in ensuring the safety and security of guests team members visitors and hotel assets.
• Monitor all entrances exits and public areas conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to emergencies incidents guest concerns and security-related situations in a professional manner.
• Monitor CCTV systems fire alarm panels and other security equipment reporting any irregularities immediately.
• Ensure compliance with fire life safety emergency evacuation and health & safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents accidents lost and found items and daily security activities.
• Coordinate with external agencies contractors and local authorities whenever required.
• Assist in investigations risk assessments and the implementation of security procedures to minimise operational risks.
• Promote a guest-focused approach by delivering professional courteous and discreet security services at all times.

• Knowledge of fire and life safety systems emergency response procedures and security operations.
• Familiarity with CCTV systems access control systems and incident reporting.
• Strong communication observation and conflict resolution skills.
