This role is responsible for designing implementing and supporting advanced network and security solutions for enterprise customers across multiple regions. This role places strong emphasis on modern security architectures including SASE SD-WAN and cloud-delivered security platforms with a primary focus on Fortinet Palo Alto Networks and Zscaler Responsibilities:Design implement and maintain managed security solutions across customer environmentsEngineer and deploy firewall and network security configurations across multi-vendor platformsCollaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to review and validate security architecturesDevelop and implement security policies aligned to business and compliance requirementsPerform solution integration across network cloud and security domainsSupport service onboarding testing and production turn-up activitiesTroubleshoot complex network and security incidents across global environmentsContribute to continuous improvement of MSS processes automation and service qualityProvide technical guidance in customer engagements and escalationsParticipate in on-call rotations and provide support across multiple time zonesCore Technical Expertise:Network & Security FundamentalsRouting protocols (BGP OSPF EIGRP)MPLS VPN technologies (IPsec / SSL VPN)NAT segmentation and network design principlesSecurity Platforms (Multi-Vendor)Palo Alto Networks (NGFW Panorama Prisma Access Prisma SD-WAN)Fortinet (FortiGate FortiManager FortiAnalyzer FortiSASE FortiSD-WAN)Cisco (ASA Firepower Secure Firewall SD-WAN/Viptela)Secure Access & Cloud-Delivered SecurityZscaler (ZIA ZPA)Professional Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with customer-facing experienceAbility to manage multiple prioritiesQualifications:35 years of experience in network security engineering or MSS environmentsCertifications (Preferred):CCNA / CCNP SecurityPCNSEFortinet NSEEducation:BCA / graduates or candidates with relevant qualifications in cybersecurity information technology or related role is open to candidates legally authorized to work in India.
