Scrum Master / Agile Project Lead
Location: Bangalore / Chennai (Hybrid)
Experience: 6 - 10 Years
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
Requirement:
- Proven experience as aScrum Master / Agile Project Lead.
- Strong understanding ofScrum framework Agile principles and Agile delivery practices.
- Experience supportingSAP or enterprise technology projects.
- Prior experience withSAP ABAP development or SAP technical environments.
- Experience withSAP S/4HANAand SAP delivery lifecycles.
- Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps Agile planning backlog management and delivery reporting.
- Strongstakeholder management communication facilitation and conflict-resolutionskills.
- Experience managingrisks dependencies impediments and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge ofSAFe Agile practices and PI Planning.
- SAFe Scrum Master certificationis preferred.
- Familiarity withSAP release management and production support processes.
