Job Summary
SCM Team Lead - This role is responsible for leading a defined team and ensuring effective delivery of day-to-day activities service quality productivity and operational performance. The role combinespeople leadership operational ownership stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvementto enable seamless E2E supply chain execution.

Align team goals with SCM and business objectives.

Track performance and take corrective action when required.
Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Drive efficiency service quality and customer satisfaction
Change & Agility
Support the team through changing priorities processes and business needs.
Lead process improvements and change initiatives.
Contribute to SCM improvement and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate should preferably have:
Prior experience in managing teams and should have handled key client portfolios.
Relevant experience insupply chain logistics and safety compliances.
Experience is predictive analysis risk management and mitigation and Incident handling mechanisms
Experience managing performance through KPIs data and operational insights.
