. (General / Organic) Chemistry & Diploma in Patent Law with 8 - 14 years experience orPh.D. with 5 - 10 years experience.

Job Description Key Skills and Competencies:

Responsible for handling patent matters in drug discovery. The role requires:

Handling comprehensive patentability and freedom-to-operate searches for new chemical entities and other related modalities.

Handling patent prosecutions related to chemical matter method of use pharmaceutical formulations polymorphs etc.

Competencies:

In-depth knowledge of drafting patent applications and responding to office actions.

Expertise in preparing and executing claim amendments across major global jurisdictions.
