Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the daytoday operations of the Pune school campus ensuring academic excellence and a safe nurturing environment.
Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with Crimsons mission to produce worldclass leaders.
Oversee curriculum delivery assess teaching quality and drive continuous improvement through datadriven insights.
Recruit mentor and evaluate teaching and support staff fostering a collaborative professional culture.
Engage with students parents and the broader community to build strong relationships and enhance the schools reputation.
Manage budgetary responsibilities resource allocation and financial reporting for the campus.
Ensure compliance with all local education regulations health and safety standards and internal policies.
Lead extracurricular programs and partnerships that enhance student leadership creativity and global exposure.
Drive adoption of Crimsons edtech platforms and innovative teaching methodologies across the campus.
Prepare regular performance reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

Masters degree or higher in Education Educational Leadership or a related field.
Valid teaching certification and/or school administration credentials as required by Indian education authorities.
Demonstrated knowledge of international curricula (IB Cambridge etc.) and familiarity with university admissions processes.
Strong communication interpersonal and conflictresolution skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Hindiadvantage.

Desired Experience

Prefered Stable Candidates more than (Three Years of Experience ) Same School.
Proven track record of improving student outcomes and driving school growth.
Experience with digital learning platforms and data analytics to monitor and enhance academic performance.
