Job Responsibilities:
Role and Site Management • Understand and implement 3-tier hierarchy concepts including Central Administration Server and Primary Server. • Deep understanding of SCCM roles such as Distribution Point (DP) Management Point (MP) and Software Update Point (SUP). Application and update Management • Develop and manage patch deployment strategies. • Ensure compliance with security updates and patches. • Package and deploy applications and software updates. • Troubleshoot software distribution issues. Operating System Deployment (OSD) • Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11 core operating systems. • Experience with In-Place Upgrade and Windows as a Service concepts. • Create and manage task sequences for OS deployments. Monitoring and Reporting • Monitor SCCM infrastructure for health and performance. • Generate and interpret reports related to deployments compliance and asset management. • Proficient in SQL queries WQL queries and Power BI. Scripting and Automation • Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks and streamline processes. • Implement Graph API connectivity. Troubleshooting • Resolve complex issues related to SCCM infrastructure client communication and deployments. • Provide advanced support to the IT department. Documentation and Compliance • Maintain comprehensive documentation of SCCM configurations processes and procedures.

Requirement: • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering Information Technology. • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in workstation management specifically with SCCM • Strong technical knowledge in configuring and managing SCCM Infra. • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell for automating tasks and processes. • Added advantage of Tachyon /1e nomad server knowledge. • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or equivalent are preferred
