About Global Delivery Services

Global Delivery Services refers to EYs worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EYs strategy by ensuring effective support to EYs growth agenda.

Our journey started in 2002 with approximately 200 people. Today we stand at 80000 professionals in ten locations around the world. We operate in Argentina China Hungary India Philippines Poland Sri Lanka Mexico Spain and the United Kingdom.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting Assurance Tax Strategy & Transactions and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless high-quality value-added support helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective high-skilled and innovative services to support EYs global and local enablement teams. Markets BMC AWS Finance and Accounting Risk Management Procurement People Shared Services IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams along with Service Lines Core Business Services and Sectors. The team brings the desired environment technologies and skilled teams together for facilitation rapid prototyping and innovative thinking. The competencies offered include analytics digital user experience mobile technology infrastructure Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

UX UI Designer (3 - 4 Years Experience) - Staff

Your Key Responsibilities

Job Summary:We are looking for a UX UI Designer with 34 years of experience who is passionate about creating intuitive user-centric digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong execution capabilities in UX UI design collaboration skills and the ability to contribute effectively in consulting and client-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centric designs for web and digital applications.
• Develop wireframes user flows mockups and interactive prototypes.
• Convert business and user requirements into intuitive design solutions.
• Execute UI designs aligned with usability accessibility and responsive design standards.
• Contribute to design systems reusable components and UI consistency.
• Participate in UX discovery sessions brainstorming workshops and requirement discussions.
• Conduct basic UX research activities such as competitor analysis heuristic reviews and user journey mapping.
• Collaborate closely with developers business teams product owners and senior designers.
• Support usability improvements through feedback analysis and iterative design enhancements.
• Prepare client presentations design walkthroughs and documentation using PowerPoint or similar tools.
• Ensure timely delivery of design assets and project deliverables.
• Maintain design quality and adherence to brand and UX guidelines.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science or a related field
• 34 years of experience in UX UI Design Product Design or Digital Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX UI projects and problem-solving approach
• Good understanding of:
  • User Experience (UX) Design
  • User Interface (UI) Design
  • Interaction Design
  • Information Architecture
  • Design Thinking
  • Wireframing & Prototyping
  • Responsive Design
  • Design Systems
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Figma
  • FigJam
  • Microsoft Apps
  • Miro or similar collaboration tools
  • Adobe CC
• Understanding of usability principles and accessibility basics
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced and client-focused environments
• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail

Good to Have

• Exposure to consulting or client-facing projects
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to SAP ecosystem and SAP-based projects is a plus
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori design principles is an added advantage
