Job Title: SAP TM QA/Test Analyst

Location: Bengaluru/Pune/Hyderabad Country

Role Overview/Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Testing Consultant responsible for validating SAP TM business processes integrations and transportation execution scenarios across end-to-end supply chain operations. The role involves test planning test case preparation execution defect management and coordination with business users and functional teams during SAP implementation rollout and support projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare comprehensive test strategy test plans and test scenarios for SAP TM processes.

Design and execute functional integration regression and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Validate transportation planning freight order management carrier selection shipment execution and freight settlement processes in SAP TM.

Perform end-to-end testing involving integration with: SAP S/4HANA

SAP EWM

SAP ERP

Third-party logistics and carrier systems

Create and maintain test scripts test data and defect logs.

Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to ensure proper test coverage.

Coordinate with functional consultants developers integration teams and business stakeholders.

Track defects using testing and defect management tools such as: Jira

HP ALM

SAP Solution Manager

Support SIT UAT cutover and hypercare activities.

Validate EDI IDoc and API integrations related to transportation execution.

Prepare testing status reports and communicate risks/issues to project leadership.

Support automation testing initiatives where applicable.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP Transportation Management processes.
• Experience in SAP TM testing in implementation or support projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Supply Chain Information Technology or related field.
• SAP TM certification is preferred.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA TM embedded environment.
• Knowledge of logistics transportation and supply chain operations.
• Experience with automation testing tools is an added advantage.
