SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics, Reporting & Compensation Consultant

Position Description:

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors consultant with expertise in People Analytics Reporting and Compensation. The candidate will be responsible for implementation support and optimization of reporting solutions and compensation processes helping clients make data-driven HR decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Implementation & Solution Design

. Support end-to-end implementation of: SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
. Gather business requirements and translate them into reporting and compensation solutions.
. Configure: Compensation templates worksheets and guidelines Variable pay components (bonus plans incentives) Report stories and dashboards

AMS / Production Support (L2 & L3)

. Provide ongoing support for reporting and compensation modules.
. Manage incidents enhancements and service requests within SLAs.
. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes.
. Ensure data accuracy system performance and report availability.

Reporting & Analytics

. Design and develop reports using: Story Reports (People Analytics) Ad Hoc Reports Canvas Reports (legacy if applicable)
. Build dashboards and visualizations for HR and business stakeholders.
. Ensure data consistency across modules and reports.
. Support data extraction validation and reconciliation.

Compensation Management

. Configure and support: Compensation cycles and planning processes Salary review merit increases and promotions Budgeting guidelines and eligibility rules
. Ensure accurate compensation calculations and validations.
. Support compensation worksheets approvals and publishing.

Integration & Employee Central (Preferred)

. Work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central data for reporting and compensation.
. Ensure proper data flow between EC and Compensation modules.
. Support integrations using Integration Center or middleware tools.

Release & Change Management

. Support bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases.
. Analyze release updates and test system changes.
. Assist in deployment and change management activities.

System Administration & Governance

. Manage Role-Based Permissions (RBP) for reporting and compensation access.
. Ensure compliance with data privacy and audit requirements.
. Maintain documentation for configurations and reports.

Must-Have Skills

. Hands-on experience in:
. SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics
. SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
. Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
. Experience with Employee Central data (preferred).

Qualifications & Experience

. 46 years experience in SuccessFactors.
. At least 2 end-to-end implementations in Compensation or Reporting.
. Strong experience in:
. Story reporting and dashboards
. Compensation cycles and configurations
. Exposure to global HR processes is an advantage.
. Good understanding of HR data models and structures.
