Location: Pune

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and relevant SuccessFactors modules.
- Functional expertise in Performance Management (PM) and Goal Management (GM) for PM/GM roles.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central Payroll (ECP) for payroll roles.
- Experience in integrations reporting payroll processing and statutory compliance as relevant to the role.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing skills.
- Experience in multiple full-lifecycle implementations.
- SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred
