- Gather and analyze business requirements related to compensation and rewards processes.
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
- Design annual compensation review cycles including merit promotion adjustment and bonus compensation worksheets guidelines budgets eligibility rules and planner permissions.
- Develop and maintain compensation templates route maps and workflows.
- Configure Variable Pay plans bonus calculations and payout formulas.
- Collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to define salary structures and compensation strategies.
- Support integration between Compensation Employee Central Performance Management and Payroll.
- Conduct system testing UAT support defect resolution and production deployment activities.
Your Profile - Skills Required :
- Minimum 610 years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay.
- Experience in at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors Compensation implementation.
- Strong understanding of compensation and rewards processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
