SAP S4HANA Offshore Deployment Lead Coordinator

• Support the Germany primary template deployment lead from offshore.
• Coordinate offshore delivery follow up on assigned actions consolidate status track dependencies align the offshore team support documentation and escalate delivery risks or blockers to the primary deployment lead.
• Yes coordinates offshore deployment activities and supports team alignment; formal people-management scope to be confirmed separately.
• No direct budget ownership. Supports the Germany primary lead with effort tracking offshore capacity planning and utilisation reporting.
• Accountable for offshore status consolidation action and dependency trackers documentation quality and timely escalation of delivery risks or blockers.
• Requires standard offshore workstation with secure VPN access to life-sciences/crop-science client program governance and PPM tooling.

• Offshore delivery leadership for SAP S/4HANA deployment or rollout programs.
• Strong capability in status consolidation and reporting dependency and action tracking offshore team coordination and workload balancing documentation and governance support risk/blocker identification and escalation.
• Comfortable operating across time zones with an onsite primary lead.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
