- Configure and implement SAP RE-FX solutions for lease administration contract management and property management processes.
- Analyze business requirements conduct workshops and translate requirements into effective SAP RE-FX configurations.
- Manage lease agreements acquisitions disposals and related financial and compliance processes.
- Collaborate with finance legal business and technical teams to support integrations testing and system enhancements.
- Provide production support user training reporting solutions and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- 5 years of experience as an SAP RE-FX Functional Consultant with expertise in Lease Management Contract Administration Property Management and Real Estate Financial Processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration lease contracts acquisitions disposals portfolio management and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of SAP FI FI-AA and integration with related modules to support end-to-end real estate operations.
- Experienced in implementation support testing (SIT/UAT) data migration and business process optimization.
- Strong analytical stakeholder management documentation and client-facing communication skills.
