SAP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to join our team. The role involves leading endtoend SAP S/4HANA implementations for a major client. This position will work in a hybrid mode collaborating with onsite and offshore teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP implementation rollout and upgrade projects from initiation to golive.

• Define project scope timeline milestones budget and deliverables.

• Manage crossfunctional SAP teams including functional technical basis and integration experts.

• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and maintain project governance.

• Monitor progress handle escalations maintain RAID logs and drive status meetings.

• Facilitate steering committee meetings and client reviews.

• Ensure quality compliance and timely delivery of solutions.

Required qualifications

• 9 years of experience delivering fulllifecycle SAP projects.

• Proven endtoend SAP Project Management experience including 23 complete implementations.

• Handson expertise with SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.

• Deep knowledge of at least one SAP module (e.g. MM SD FICO PP WM BASIS ABAP).

• Strong skills in project planning budgeting resource allocation and risk management.

Nice to have

• PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certification.

• Experience coordinating onsiteoffshore teams and stakeholder management.

• Familiarity with multiple SAP modules.

• Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid workmode projects.
