Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.- Support the evaluation and integration of new technologies to improve software development practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP modules to meet specific business requirements.- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into technical solutions within SAP environments.- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production planning and control. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
