The Opportunity

We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team specializing in SAP

SAP PM SM within the Core Supply Chain this role you will collaborate with clients and internal teams leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models processes and operations. You will gather understand and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications. Additionally you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior in Technology Analysis you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role requires regular travel to meet client needs.

• Provide day to day Application Management support for SAP Applications across IT Service Management including service requests incident management enhancement requests change management and problem management as Level 2 or 3 Application Management Specialist
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements assess business needs and provide advice on SAP PM SM solutions and designs.
• Develop and maintain documentation including configuration user guides and test scripts.
• Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed up and addressed timely.
• Handle change requests with a clear understanding of new business requirements.
• Defect resolution and defect analysis related to PM SM.
• Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and SAP best practices to drive operational efficiency through automation and innovation
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide off hours support as needed to ensure the availability and reliability of critical SAP systems.
• Available to work on shift hours depending on the requirement of the client

Skills and attributes for success

• On your typical engagement you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights on SAP capabilities in SAP PM SM You will lead requirement gathering solution design blueprinting testing and documentation. Additionally you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions overseeing configurations customizations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Good experience in SAP Plant Maintenance Service Management activities. Working experience on Plant Maintenance Preventative Maintenance Corrective Maintenance Breakdown Maintenance and Refurbishment and Warranty Claim Processing.
• Configuration knowledge: SAP S/4HANA SM components including service notifications service orders service contracts pricing procedures and warranty/claim processing
• Familiarity with S/4HANA Fiori applications designed for service management personas
• Experience working in end-to-end S/4HANA service implementations
• Service Order & Contract Management: Oversee service requests contracts (quantity/value) warranties and recurring maintenance agreements
• Repairs & Logistics: Business Process in-house repairs field service executions spare parts planning and service confirmations
• Technical Proficiency: Deep configuration knowledge of SAP Notification Service Orders Service Material and billing processes
• Integration between SM and other core SAP modules notably Customer Service (CS) Plant Maintenance (PM) Sales and Distribution (SD) and Financials (FI/CO)
• Proficiency in EDI/IDOC processes OData services and integrating SAP with non-SAP systems
• Should have good written & communication skills.
• Should able to handle the client individually.

Ideally youll also have

• Strong configuration hands on experience in Plant Maintenance Service Management.
• Integration with MM / QM / CS / SD / FICO modules and with external applications.
• Sound knowledge in SAP PM SM Master data and transactional activities.
• Familiar with Configuration and End to End implementation project activities.
• Strong knowledge of Business Processes good understanding of functional/domain knowledge
• Researches identifies and recommends industry best practices for solving business problems
• Understand business needs and deliver solutions to make processes more efficient and simpler whenever possible.
• Cross-functional communication skills; experience in offshore/onsite model.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
• Flexibility in managing work hours due to the volatile nature of Application Management work including ability to do shifts and being on call for critical business requirements

What we look for

• Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) Preferably Engineering
• Minimum one E2E Implementation Project along with experience in Support / Roll out / Upgrade Projects
• 3 Yrs. of Relevant experience
• Domain Experience required
• SAP Certification in SAP PM
