About the Requirement
We are looking for experienced SAP Payroll professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Singapore Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors.
We are open to:
- 2 separate resources
- 1 resource with strong SAP Singapore Payroll experience
- 1 resource with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience
- OR 1 resource with expertise in both domains.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll.
- Experience handling Singapore Payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of payroll schemas PCRs wage types and payroll integrations.
- Experience in payroll support implementation or rollout projects.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in Employee Central and payroll integrations preferred.
- Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Payroll and/or SAP SuccessFactors
Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and object-oriented design concepts. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Hibernate or similar. Familiarity with web development technologies including HTML CSS JavaScript and related frameworks/libraries (e.g. Angular React). Experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and SQL. Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
