Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Data Modelling & Development:

Develop and optimize data models including calculation views table functions and stored procedures in Native HANA.

Build and manage spaces data flows and semantic layers in SAP Datasphere using the Data Builder.

BW7.5 HANA development

Create and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views and ABAP SQL services for data extraction from S/4HANA or ECC systems.

Data Integration & Provisioning:

Configure and manage SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT) Replication flows for real time and batch data synchronization between SAP and non-SAP sources.

Utilize other data integration methods like BDC (Batch Data Communication) for large data uploads SDI and OData services.

Data loads monitoring and support activities

ABAP Development:

Apply expert-level programming skills in both classical and Object-Oriented ABAP with a focus on performance optimization for HANA.

Develop and maintain RICEFW objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows) and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDPs).

T-code logics understanding

Performance & Optimization: Conduct performance analysis tuning and optimization of SAP HANA models SQL scripts and ABAP programs using tools like SQL Trace (ST05) and Code Inspector

. Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Collaboration & Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions and create comprehensive technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP data BI or analytics roles with at least 1 years of hands-on experience in SAP Datasphere and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC).

Expert-level programming skills in ABAP SQL and SQL Script.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA modelling including performance tuning and troubleshooting.

In-depth knowledge of data modelling concepts (star schema snowflake schema etc.) and ETL processes.

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services is preferred.

Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

ADF Databricks and Theobald conceptual knowledge as nice to have skills.
