Job Description:

We are looking for experienced SAP HR/HCM BIB Consultants with expertise in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM integration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring SAP BIB and managing bidirectional interfaces for seamless employee data replication and migration.

Requirements

Required Skills:

Hands-on experience in SAP HR / SAP HCM

Strong experience in SAP BIB configuration

Knowledge of SuccessFactors integration scenarios

Experience in data replication and interface management

Understanding of employee master data processes
