Functional Skills

• Strong expertise in SAP FI/CO with CFIN .
• Minimum 2 - 3 end-to-end SAP Central Finance implementation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Universal Journal (ACDOCA) New GL S/4HANA et.
• Experience with business process harmonization across multiple ERP systems.

S/4HANA Transformation Experience

The candidate should have hands-on experience in:

• S/4HANA Finance Transformation programs.
• Brownfield and Greenfield implementations.
• Finance process redesign and standardization.
• Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Data Migration and Validation.
• Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support.
• Hypercare and Production Support.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA Financial Accounting.
• SAP Central Finance Certification (preferred).
• Experience in global SAP S/4 Hana transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead client workshops independently.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience managing offshore/onsite coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced transformation environment
