SAP EWM Consultant - Pan India
Location: Pan India
Job Type: Permanent
Budget: 45 LPA
Experience: 6 Years
Client : TechM
Gather warehouse/logistics requirements and translate them into EWM solution designs.
Configure warehouse structure (storage types bins activity areas work centers) and layoutoriented storage control (LOSC).
Set up inbound processes: ASN/IBD GR deconsolidation putaway strategies HU management.
Set up outbound processes: wave management picking/packing staging GI and shipping integration.
Enable internal processes: replenishment physical inventory slotting/rearrangement adhoc movements.
Configure processoriented storage control (POSC) and routing for complex handling steps.
Implement labor management engineered labor standards and performance tracking (where applicable).
Design and optimize task and resource management queue management and exception handling.
Integrate EWM with ERP (ECC/S/4HANA) TM GTS QM PP and external carriers/3PLs.
Configure RF frameworks screen flows and mobile processes for warehouse operations.
Support transportation unit (TU)/vehicle yard management and door appointment processes.
Set up serialization batch management catch weight and advanced HU/packspecs.
Build functional specs for RICEFW (interfaces forms enhancements EDI/IDoc/API integrations).
Plan and execute unit SIT UAT testing; manage defects and ensure operational readiness.
Lead data migration (products packspecs bins open WOs) cutover and hypercare.
Monitor and optimize warehouse KPIs (fill rate OTIF pick rate inventory accuracy dwell time).
Ensure controls & compliance (auditability SoD GxP/industry requirements) and robust authorizations.
Prepare solution design docs configuration guides SOPs and conduct enduser training.
Provide L2/L3 production support rootcause analysis and continuous process improvements.
Drive EWM roadmap (embedded vs. decentralized) performance tuning and scalability for future growth.
